Both the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and
Commissions (IAIABC) (http://www.iaiabc.org/)
and the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) (http://www.pciaa.net/sitehome.nsf/main)
maintain excellent detailed lists of workers' compensation administrators, but
these state-by-state listings contain some outdated information and certain
minor discrepancies that I have tried to correct by directly contacting the
Internet sites of the various state agencies charged with administering workers'
compensation claims in the United States and Canada. Consequently, I feel
that the following list of U.S. and Canadian workers' compensation
administrators is the most complete and up-to-date listing available anywhere.
It may be reprinted for free as long as it contains the following credit line:
